Donna Coogan, ERYT 500, RCYT, RPYT, YACEP has been teaching in the ISHTA tradition for over 22 years to groups, privately and in the corporate setting. Her style is subtly challenging and well balanced addressing the individual needs of each student through asana, pranayama and meditation and believes the practice is to be experienced personally to foster self awareness.
Donna also shares the practices of yoga and mindfulness with kids of all ages at schools and camps and creates a fun and supportive environment. She is inspired each and every day by students’ insightfulness, honesty and joy.
