Our 6 week wellness series includes a ton of informative classes to help you get started with true health for 2022. If you book for next year, before December 31st you receive $150 off! This series is perfect to book at home with a group of friends, at work for your staff, at dojos, dance schools, community centers and more!
This series cost $1200 total. Companies that book now ( Dec1-31st) for next year ( January-August Availability) receive $150 off to make the cost $1050 ( This breaks down to $175 a visit.) It is such a fun way to lower sick calls, boost morale and productivity, to just create a positive event for staff or the community to look forward to.
Introduction to Mindfulness & Stretching
Participants will learn about the 9 attitudes of Mindfulness and how it can enhance their lives. Gentle yoga stretches will be taught to focus on the back, hips and shoulders, finding ways to relieve aches and pains.
Enjoy 50 minutes of sound singing bowls to relax your mind and body. This class is known to help with anxiety and depression.
The Lighthouse project, teaching that even when we are in dark times personally or worldly, we can seek out the light. All supplies included.
Introduction to Nutrition
Learn what foods to eat according to your mood and how to become more aware of how what you eat affects your mind and emotions. Learn ways to afford healthier options that you can enjoy.
This class is for beginners to advanced as we will offer modifications for all levels. Learn tools for stress management and emotional regulation.
