We have had the pleasure of working with Melissa & her amazing crew several times now at our youth center/summer camp. We've enjoyed both art and yoga workshops, and they have all been amazing! Think Wellness has been my go to for not only yoga but for all types of stress relief practices and healthy habits. The team that we've had as our guides / instructors / teachers have been above expectations consistently. Always finding a way to bring real world solutions to real world and timely stresses. I started my yoga, spiritual, and wellness journey with this team many moons ago! They have been the first and only group through this experience. During the pandemic, Melissa customized my sessions at home best suited for my health needs via Zoom. I had some of my most difficult days prior to stepping on the mat with her. I really learned how to quiet my mind, body, and practice gratitude. This group takes the time to make sure you practice moves safely and patiently. My favorite is Melissa's chanting and meditation at the end! Plus, you meet some of the most kindest people in class.
