Carrie is a mother of two beautiful children and a former 4thgrade elementary school teacher. Along her teaching journey, she found a love for health and fitness. She decided to extend her passion for teaching from the classroom to the mat. Yoga and Pilates not only require mental focus, but they also take stamina, flexibility, strength, and commitment. She specializes in Vinyasa Flow, Chair, Restorative yoga, & Mat Pilates.
