We have had the pleasure of working with Melissa & her amazing crew several times now at our youth center/summer camp. We've enjoyed both art and yoga workshops, and they have all been amazing! Think Wellness has been my go to for not only yoga but for all types of stress relief practices and healthy habits. The team that we've had as our guides / instructors / teachers have been above expectations consistently. Always finding a way to bring real world solutions to real world and timely stresses.
