Sharon is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with over 10 years teaching experience. Having practiced yoga from an early age, Sharon found her passion in helping others lead a healthy lifestyle. She teaches a beginner based, vinyasa yoga class, a sculpting vinyasa flow, meditation and HIIT classes. Also a Certified Personal Trainer with a speciality in Exercise Therapy from ISSA, offering one-on-one personal training sessions. Personal training programs include a Fat Loss Program, Muscle Build Program, Mobility Program and Exercise Therapy Program. As a runner, having completed 4 full marathons and several half marathons, Sharon also offers Yoga specifically designed for the runner.
